animated photos are missing when published
they work fine in preview
and worked fine using MS explorer (ie in local browser view)
the 'non' animated photos are ok
help?
http://www.theravenswoodgroup.com
thanks
ps
same result all 3 browsers
chrome, firefox and Edge
pps
I edited to be instant
(as were the photos that worked)
so now they are all there,
but I really do desire the animations
any ideas what I may have done incorrectly
Re: animated photos are missing when published
I'm am getting a page not found error. Is your link correct, or are you editing the page right now?
Re: animated photos are missing when published
It's a typo. http://www.theravenswoodgroup.com The 'n' is missing from the middle.

Re: animated photos are missing when published
You cannot edit the original post now, but I would post a reply here with the correct URL. You could also post a one-page XAR doc with the animations that do not render and maybe someone here can make a suggestion.

www.Ravenswood.co
or
www.TheRavenswoodGroup.com
and what is a Xara doc?
is that the VAR file?
I think yes -- so I uploaded the working version
(which has the animations removed)
and also one with animations readded
v1a
only has 1 slider - pix of HK under capital services
THANKS!

Re: animated photos are missing when published
I fixed the link in your original post.
Two design comments given the nature of your website.
The gold heading text is too gimicky. Stick with a simple font.
And I would opt for simple navigation buttons instead of the gel buttons.
Think simplicity and stability and elegance.

thanks for the suggestion for font
(it is the font on our letterhead for many years -- but your idea is good; will evaluate)
same for buttons (been using wet/gel look for 25 years -- lol / yes = old school)
btw - fixed the broken animations
was literally the server farm error
