Dave Charters sent me some bitmaps produced by PhotoShop that BMP-2-ICO wouldn't recognise. It seems that PS adds some useless but perfectly legal padding to the end of the files that BMP-2-ICO treats as corruption. I've amended BMP-2-ICO to cope and attached the new package below. The change was so minor (the file is the same size) that I haven't amended the documentation or version number, so the only external difference is the creation date.
