Locked out
Went to use xdpx this morning and got this Attachment 126101 so reentered my serial number and got this Attachment 126102 I only have 2 email addresses and both gave me the same result. I am asking this more out of curiosity than anything since I will be contacting xara support right away. I used it yesterday and everything worked fine then went to use it this morning and no did work no new install or anything like that. I did run out of service date the 17th of December so no updates or content catalog, but it would seem that if that were a problem it would have manifested itself before now. Am at a total loss:-O Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum, but couldn't see one where it did fit and web design is what I use it for the most.

By the way I am not totally helpless as I do have xara web designer so can do what I must there. Just prefer xdpx.

Re: Locked out
GJ, can you confirm your serial number starts P3-?
You need to trawl through your emails to find the purchase one. It will be that email that is expected, probably.
It will also have your serial number.
If you contacted Magix, then you must have an account.
Use this page and sign in: https://www.magix.com/gb/support/my-service-center/.
Expand the My Products link and you ought to find all your products to check your serial number. Sorry no email so use the one you signed in with.
For interest and vaguely related, use Shift+Ctrl+Alt+1 in a running Xara Desktop application (!). This call $SecretDlg and opens the Camelot Debug Information window that holds your serial number.
It cannot be copied so take a Printscreen and store safely away.

Re: Locked out
Acorn I have the correct serial number and yes it starts with P3 I saved it clear back when I bought XDPX as for when I contacted Magix I expanded the My Products link, it doesn't show Designer Pro as one of my products, although I bought it through them and it registered fine back then. I even have a copy of installation_x64.ini and I know I got it out of XDPX folder someplace just don't know where or I would try pasting it back and see if that would work. It has my serial number in it. I guess what the big question is why did xara do this in the first place, it was working fine yesterday then not today and I have changed nothing to make it stop working.
