Hmm? Probably a false positive, but you never know.
It's possible some other company was using intercom, shared a dodgy file with a user and their AV picked up on this and added it their filters. Rest assured our website and support sites don't contain anything nasty (other than my poor grammar in articles).
Cheers for the reply Rob but I'd suggest you chase this up through intercom. It shouldn't be down to users to override their malware software :(
