Same here, nice site with lots going on. I really like the gold navigation buttons. Perhaps make the sub-menu buttons a little larger and the text bolder or larger to make them stand out,

graphically it's nice but the english is badly written, you need a native english-speaker to proof-read it
The flash transitions are not playing well on my machine.
