Here are a couple of photo FX tutorials that I did some time ago. The first is how to fade from a B&W photo to Color when you mouse over it. The second video is for other photo FX for things like rotating and enlarging photos on mouse over, etc. BTW...Sorry if I got a little long winded and the tutorials take too long.
