Well i was doing a logo when suddenly all the outlines became black, even though it was transparent, i tried changing colors but it didn't, it kept black, and the weird thing is that this lines appear over everything

Dunno what the issue is. In part i am not understanding the issue from the screen shot exactly. Might help if you marked up the screen shot to identify outlines that should not be present.
Ultimately, the file should also be attached as it helps to investigate the problem.

Oh, one thing you can do is to select an offending item and open the Appearance Panel. What does it show for applied attributes?
Every black line that you can see shouldn't exist, like the outline in the head you can see in the image:

[edit]oh, and it shows like there is no outline
Got it, be back...
Wow, weird.
Somehow your default graphic style has taken on this profile stroke, that really isn't exactly defined. You may be able to just copy everything into a new file. I have done that and it is attached. Hopefully either just copying your drawing to a new file solves the problem...or at least opening the version I have attached.
But if my version opens funky on your system, then Illy is ill. In poking around on the web, you may have to reset Illy to its defaults in order to clear this. I couldn't very easily. So if you defaults for a new document are this way, you will likely need to reset it. You'll loose customizations to the interface, but it should get rid of this demon.
