Add to cart buttons not working on pop-ups

I have added an ecwid shopping cart to my website and I have created pop-ups that are linked from various tabs.

I have placed a placeholder which holds the code for various 'Add to cart' buttons on these pop-ups and they are not working.

All other 'Add to cart' buttons on the mouseoff layer are working fine, but when I try and click an 'Add to cart' button on a pop-up, instead of placing the item in my shopping cart, it closes the pop-up.

Please advise.

hi, can you view the popup layer properties please and select the popup-settings tab. remove the tick from the selection ' close popup automatically'

Does this affect the problem?
