Vector Files/EPS Paint shop pro. Help Please

Hi All

Sorry that I wont be taxing your brains but I need what I am sure is some simple help. I have lots of Vector files from a Stock Image website. Ideally all I wanted was High Res Jpegs however the really nice images are in Vector format.

So! I have a load of them and all I want to do is resize the image and then save as either a Jpeg/Gif/or PNG. The problem I have is when I open the file in Paint shop Pro the actual image looks about 320pixels and if I just go to resize it makes the image larger but distorts it at the same time. Very low quality.

I have no experience with EPS or Vector files as I mainly just use high res photos.

How can I open my Vector files and save them as high res Jpegs/PNG's etc?
