Audio UI like this example

1) Is it possible to design a website like this with Xara Designer Pro X (18)?

Mostly interested in how to do the Audio clips.

2) Are iframes still a thing used these days? If so, There is a program called "mobirise" that has some modern features and it allows to add HTML, but I would want to design my own UI for audio in Xara.

It's been years since looking into web design so need a few refreshers and don't want to use tutorials that are to old now.

The Audio Picture is the closest to how your example plays the sound tracks - the code in the examples here is essentially the same idea.
