There is an open source project at https://designer.io/. It's a cross-platform design tool. Not yet compareble to XDP or others but …
I'd play arround with the Win-Installation and find it for easy drawings like Logo-Creation verry fast and helpfull.

What is your meaning?

Great app!
It very convenient in some cases.
cons: does not allow you to open AI and EPS
pros: but works with PDF. In many cases it is quite enough PDF.
