Magix Marketing - renewed
Just when I was getting comfortable with having switched off all marketing from Magix, v16.1 snuck one past me with http://content.magix.net/newsfeeds/x...r/en/index.htm.
This could be such a useful communication channel: "Hey! You're still using v12. You have a free Upgrade available."

Yeah!
I'm still using XDP 11.
I've not seen any reason to upgrade since XDP 11.
It all seems to be web, web and web.
I've not seen any drawing tools that would help me to do things better or differently.

Well, I'm being offered an even bigger discount.
They're still not going to get my money, for a product that will not do any more for me, than XDP 11 already does.

This is something I keep complaining about and hopefully should be fixed in the future (if what I've been told is correct)... i.e. when going to Help > Check for updates, instead of looking only for versions under the same major version, it should look for future major versions as well (like V17)

Rob, that really is encouraging.
