i have tried in UK successfully several times. You may have a down server.
Open Cloud+ and start an Intercomm Chat from there (Bottom Right blob).
That is the quickest route as you will be already logged in: Pro+ > Share > Open Xara Cloud.
Failing that use: https://www.xara.com/contact-us/.
Could a Mod move this Thread to Xara Cloud Forum.
