Is anybody else having problems submitting forms on Firefox? This seems recent and does not appear to be caused by Ghostery. If I copy and paste the page URL into Edge or Vivaldi then the forms submit OK.

I've had issues logging in on a couple of sites with FF in the past 48 hours. Not sure it's the same issue as you're experiencing Gary. I had to reboot my machine & everything works fine again. Go figure?
