What font is this please - distinctive lowercase t & i

Hi, looking for help to identify the font shown in the attached image - it has a distinctive lowercase t & i

I think that this isn't a font - the t looks like it has been manipulated in a graphics program and the i may possibly be a glyph, but if so, it has been badly designed. I say this because the open dot on the 'i' doesn't look as though it 'belongs' with its bottom part. But the overall feel is that some doctoring has been applied.
