Line Gallery - Fail to Input Line Width

You appear to have a strange failure in the Line Gallery.

Bug - The Line Width input box appears similar to the one in the Standard Toolbar. You, however, keep focus on the main drawing page so any number input (1, 2, 3, 4) will resize the page.
You can only pick from the limited drop-down list. This may be due to the non-modal nature of all the galleries but is wrong where data entry is expected.

The Line Gallery is the only gallery where input and other data selection (drop-downs) occur.

it's been broken like that a lonnnng time...

you can enter numbers in the gallery field using the numeric keypad but it takes no notice of them

I take no notice of it and use the tool bar

it says in xara help:

'The text box at the top of the gallery duplicates that on the standard control bar

but only in so far as the fixed steps in the list, as you said

Yep, I guess we could call this a legacy bug it has been around for so long.
