Happy Eightieth Gary.
A tad worried about the supporting pole in the last image though. ;))
You're almost as old as Xara but not as slow in your (happy) returns.

Happy 80th, Gary! Eighty sounds old in my ears but reading your posts, I have the image of a man such as in Chris' post as well. However, getting out of bed in the morning might be a bit of an experience similar to the pic in your post. ;)
Happy Birthday Gary.
<:-P
congratulations !
Wow! Happy Birthday. Congratulations and best wishes indeed.
Happy Birthday, Gary, have a lovely day. Welcome to the Eighties, it's mostly ok, just surprising to be there!

Happy Birthday and many happy returns!
Yes, Happy 80th old friend. =D>
Mary and I hiked up to the rock spiral and toasted the day. Perfect weather and not too much snow.
Both looking great :D
I do like your hat :D
keep on truckin'
Great picture of you both! Healthy and happy. Nice too with the sun in the back and a perfect fill flash.
Happy Birthday Gary! If the date you posted is the actual date, we share the same birthday. Hope you had a wonderful day and many more to come! (80 is just a number)
Thank God for you old farts, us young whipper snappers in our 60's need all the guidance we can get.;))
Gary what is the rock spiral that you hiked to, I see some type of plaque there?
Happy Brithday
Ray
Thank you all. And yes 80 is just a number. 80 is the new 75 :)
Ray, the rock spiral sits atop a hill about 500 feet up. A retired Army guy and his wife hauled up those rocks, some of which are huge and made the spiral. It's very impressive. What looks like a plaque is an army ammo box that someone has left there with some toys for some reason. It's well visited by the local residents and has a fantastic view. People leave colored stones, toys, and other personal items. And we had the hill top to ourselves.
Thank you all. It should be pointed out that for 1/4 of my 80 years, I have been a Xara user and a moderator on this forum (starting when it was i/us.com
=D>
Gary, I think you're selling yourself short there. Both you & I go back further. At some time TG reset all the then current members to joining on 02 August 2000.Quote:
