I have read a couple of articles about Unsplash and photo liability. Be very careful with pictures of people that could be deemed recognizable. One site was found liable for using a picture from Unsplash because the person in the picture never gave consent.

Because of these type of articles, I tread very carefully with free images for use in websites and print material. I also know that in different countries different types of pictures can have liability issues.
