Excellent. I can hear the choir of frogs singing their love songs, and I'm swatting imaginary mosquitoes. :D
I like the misty effects but is has me wondering how the moonlight behaves in such a scene. For instance would the mist be lit up the way it is shown even in the moon shadow formed by the trees? I don't know.
Spooky, too. Lovely colour palette and I like the mist effects. Really well done.
Bob.
Great image and I love the colours, excellent.

love it, love it, love it
Outstanding image. What's to criticize. Very professional illustration which I suspect you are.
Really like that. Excellent!
to me that looks like animation layers composited - I expect something to flit between the trees or across the moon or surface in the water - as has been said, it is very good
Really great. Kind of like a Disney piece.
Excellent work. Brought back memories of when I used to do distance running at night when I was a young man. There was a lake I ran by and as I ran up and down the undulations of the ground I would hit warm and cold air pockets. Funny how your image brought back those memories.
scooby doo where are you?
Can we see the animation? The illustration is very Disney-esque.
Ok you asked for critics so here it goes.
It is just done too damn good. Try and be a little less perfect.
No really a great job.=D>

Now this is creepy, kinda remind me of some horror stories that I have read on Creepy Pasta. You surely have an eye with color combinations that you used.
:)
to me the effect of the central area is that of very still water rather than a path... something about the smoothness of the moon's reflection and the way the shadows and the clumps of grass lie, that indicate depth below a surface... but whatever the intention, it has style
You do the actual animation in xara software?
I agree with handrawn in #17, it is still water and besides, this just surfaced :D

Like that a lot Stygg.
Care to share a link?Quote:
actually,it's really an animation background(from my personal project),with smaller looping animations.
thanks for all reply.
:D
I think Egg got a bit mixed up in #19 bubostyuk, I only took your image and added the croc. as I thought that was still water rather than a path.
