So, now, how do we log into our account, where we had all the information about the products we'd purchased and the serial numbers?

I've managed to work out that you need to go to: www.xara.com/uk
We have all missed it. :( As far as I know there has been no announcement.
Strange is to put it very mildly
Sure as hell, they're not professional at magix ,
Being at it for over a year now.
New product numbers, names, sites,
No announcements where to find what.
No consistency in pricing, coming back on made promisses.
With so much [mishaps] most ceo's get the boot.
With in that year one could have created a company from scratch
But, you shouldn't have to work anything out. This is not rocket science.
Magix/Xara have "launched" their cloud and have hijacked www.xara.com/ and then failed to link to anything else.

But in respect to more wordly issues its not that big of a deal, i know.
But again if you can't find your rear, you sure don't know where to scratch.
It must be an empty office on the Friedrichstrasse.
To answer your question about the lack of an announcement,
I said it before, TG will kick the bucket and all so called support will/must go through magix fora.
So no news here anymore, you must find your way to xara on your own and get the cloud blown in your face.
Or should i say hot air
You can log into magix.com and retrieve all your information EXACTLY the same as the old xara.com logins ... Same Username: Same Password. CLICK on the Little "PERSON" icon in the top right corner.
If you go to the flag at the BOTTOM right of (probably) any page, you can also change/confirm your country to have pricing etc. show in local currency.

i also think the TalkGraphics forum will just become a quite backwater until they eventually pull the plug.
Just to say, my "My Products" lists all the products but all the old ones are blank. After a long sojourn through various topics, helpsites and forums I got a [word removed] for my own product. Working now. Drch.
