Ok, I'm trying to create this curved shape.

Jesus how do I "bend" shapes?

Wouldn't the easiest way be to draw the arrow shapes on the oval then use 3D extrude tool?

If someone doesn't beat me to it, I will try to put together a video tutorial in a few hours after I get off work.

By the way, I think you posted in the wrong place. This is more of a graphic design issue than a web issue. Don't worry though, if the moderators think it should be moved they will take care of it without you having to repost or anything.

Using the same method Ken mentions above, this seems to be the basic desired shape from the OP.

Interesting video bcire68. I found the way you broke the line to be different from the way I do it and that made it all the more interesting to me.

Yeah Larry.

Many ways to skin a cat in Xara products.

I like that method, because it keeps the breaks equi-distant from the center of the shape, but I could easily have just 'eyeballed it'.

The video was nice, I too have a slightly different method I hold control while dragging with the ellipse tool, other than that pretty much the same.

God uses Professional Draw (you gotta remember that Canadian company's application package to ge the reference).
