Done entirely in Xara Xtreme 4; I made it for my visual arts group "art@myopera" hosted on Opera browser community. No tracing; no live effects either. I hope you like it! I loved working on it, expecially on the character design :)

Really good vector drawing and I like the Andrea has got not a dirty look but a grainy look to the background drops in the coloured windows. That is if you can follow what I am saying I might have taken that bit to PS.
