I was going to say that it's the "i" in "The Meaning of Life", but you specifically said it's not that...
You're spot on Keith, that's my plan. 1º rotation...
aye aye captain!
Leprachaun standing next to a giant match..
I would have thought the match would have a different coloured head from the green matchstick. :)
Here's another 1º rotation...
Irish closet organiser
okay, it's 'all' I just have to see what lettertype you used.
(If it isn`t, I am seriously disapointed, for you said it was 'all'
that was going to be revealed ;) )
What is it with the Irish fixation, Paul and Keith? The colour can be disregarded. It could be any colour.
A nice idea, Dennis, but wrong, Im afraid. Sorry to disappoint you.
0º rotation this time, it will start to get quite easy soon enough.

Bob.
OK, I'll relent. Another 1º rotation.

Bob.
No takers? OK, another 1º rotation.

I know.. I know... it is a picket fence...:D
No it is the letter M.
Neither a picket fence, nor an M.
Here's another 1º rotation.

An entertainment center - TV-Stereo and two huge speakers?
An imaginitive idea, Glenn, but incorrect.
Here's another 1º rotation, now we're getting somewhere.

It's the Alcoholics Anonymous logo! At least that's how it always looks to me.
I'll guess the simple, easy, and obvious and go with the word 'TEXT'. If that isn't it I'll have to wait until more of the extruded word is revealed. :)
What fun,
HayTay
this plugs into something I think - or something into it?
battery - printer cartridge ... something along those lines maybe
It's the new Xara logo. I know this because I rotated my screen to the right 75 degrees...
I'm hoping it says "FIN" but it looks more like "IaM."
TEXT it is, well spotted, Harry, I thought it would take a fair bit longer.
The font is Copasetic, with the tracking adjusted. Your go, if you so wish.

Bob.
I still think it started out as a leprachaun with a giant matchstick.. ;-)
Good quiz.
l :D
Thank you, Bob.
In order to receive full credit, I'll show my homework. I didn't get the font exactly right since I used a shape editor re-tooled version of an Arial font for simulation purposes. Not bad though. I'll have to get a copy of the Copasetic font as it looks rather nice.
After work, this evening, I'll take my turn at an 'All will be revealed...' challenge word.
Kudos,
Harry
That's good detective work, Harry.
Your turn doesn't have to be anything to do with words, you could choose, oh - let's pluck something out of thin air - a leprachaun with a giant matchstick. :D
Saludos,
Bob.
Harry,
When you take Bobs advice, I am here with my answer.. ;-)
All will be revealed II...
Sorry pauland, I've sworn off on psychotic leprechauns with giant matchsticks. I'm still having flashbacks from the last one I saw while I was still attending college. So, with that in mind, you'll have to settle for this 90° teaser, 3D extrusion instead.
Anybody that guesses this challenge word correctly on the first go-round (besides me) must be psychotic, and probably a leprechaun with a giant matchstick to boot. ;) Maybe that should be psychic instead? Either way I'm staying away from any matchstick wielding leprechauns. This policy also applies to any known colonies of leperchauns. Come to think of it leopardchauns are also on my list of creatures to shy away from.
Enough of that, to all those who chose to participate in 'All will be revealed II'...
Good luck with the challenge,
HayTay
Since nobody guessed the word (or at all) from the first image posted here's the same extrusion swiveled 1° to the right. It's just a hunch but I'm betting that there are still no takers on an answer. Hmmm, maybe an angry leprechaun with a matchstick???
Till next time,
HayTay
'Then a step to the right...'

Hi Harry, no attempt at a guess from me yet, but possibly the graphic needs to be either in a different colour, (red is notorious for the jpeg artefacts) or a different format, (.png?) or a higher resolution. It may be my monitor, but I can't make out much of the detail-assuming that there is any!
Saludos,
Bob.
I can't either ...
Rotate on this... another degree anyway. ;)
Bob and Keith,
You're right it is definitely more difficult to make out. I specifically chose the color 'red' to make the challenge a bit harder. I did concede a bit to Bob's request on this one and exported the graphic in .PNG format.
Everyone should be able to decipher the word within the next 2 or 3 revolutions.
Keep trying,
HayTay
Just to let everyone know, even if I didn't know what the original extruded word is, I could have 'revealed' this word already. It's even easier than FIN trying to rotate his 'screen to the right 75 degrees...' There's a secret to determining what the original extrude is, can anyone else figure it out???
A challenge within a challenge.
Waiting patiently,
HayTay
The secret might be to 'stretch' it out..
The word is revealed appears to be 'Autumn'
Smartypants! ;-)
Stretching won't do any good with this one...
Saludos,
Bob.
Poo! So I was right and I don't get a turn??
Sorry Steve! Mine will keep until after I've correctly guessed yours. :o

Bob.
