Very nice!
Myself, I play boogie-woogie, although I also play blues on Hammond organ, Wurlitzer electric piano (OK - I actually use a Casio...) and bass guitar.
In case you missed it last time, here's a nice Fender bass:
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Hey Sally it is great did u really do it with Xara ,I liked your animated Avatar also.
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Ah, I can see the animation now ! I had to turn off my security suite to do so but it was worth it ;). Nice Avatar too Sally :).
Don't know why they call it a 'suite'.....I mean you can't sit on it and watch TV can you :D ? Have to fix it now.
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin

Make me feel like dancin'...
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Usually my doodles don't take so long, this was a two day's doodle.
I did an animation similar to this in Paint Shop Pro several years back, but it is easier with Xara, once you have your shape to use the skew and rotate to change your positions slightly. On items like hands, feet.
Have to confess, I snatched pictures off the internet for the hat and the shoes and made Clipviews of them, rather than spending time drawing them.
Yes, Ahktar, I really drew the avatar and the animation here. I'd run out of money in a hurry paying someone to draw for me!
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Sally,
That is a treasure! Don't lose it.

Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Great animation, Sally. I can hear Scott Joplin in my head every time I look at your animation.
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
I noticed your avitar the other day and thought it was really cool... Complimenting you on your animation is the opportunity for me to compliment you on the avitar... great job on both! Keep up on the good work, you're an inspiration!
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
I was only able to do the avatar 80 x 80 pixels, but with all of these compliments, I'm going to have to need more space for my big head. Just kidding.
Really thanks alot everyone.
Re: Tribute to Scott Joplin
Took your advice, I backed up individual cells because when I went back into it, anytime I went to a frame, Xara crashed.
Then when I went back into the program, so long as I had background selected, it had no problem, must be I have to make that selection to create stability when I open it again.
