I have asked this question, "Does Support Answer Email?" in other threads with no answer.
My second question is, "How long does an answer usually take?"
My other question is, "What method must be used to get a refund for a product that is not working, with no fix?"

Well, it is a weekend and the support personnel may not be there until Monday. Sometimes a Xara employee does come by and check posts, but this is no guarantee.

youshine, you're right: it's still Wednesday. And I don't know, how long the Xara Support needs to answer your email.
I just received their response! Hew! My confidence with this outfit restored almost.
Let's see how fast I get their response this time to my order of a menu maker by downloading.
