Remove all the pixels?
But seriously Raymond, do you mean make a photo into a vector object or shapes?
I imagine the "image" needs to have a slight Blur introduced. If one has XDPX, use FX > New > Soften filter > Gaussian blur (smart) or similar.
Acorn
My take on the question is VERY different ...
The way I read it, is that raymondnkwuda has a pixelated image and he want to make it clearer/sharper.
As far as I'm aware it's not possible (depending on the degree of pixelation), although there are some programs that might interpolate between pixels and clean it up somewhat.
If Ray means that there is a lot of noise in the image, then try NeatImage. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work with Xara.
The image in question is blur, so I want to make it sharper and clearer
Anything is possible in Xara. Here I've blurred one side of the image to give the effect of a mist rolling in. Done
quickly but I could have done a better job but it shows what Xara is capable of.

if what you have is a blur then you can 'sharpen the blur'... that is all you can do... no program can process information that is not actually there, not even xara [sorry stygg] - so you may get something meaningfull when you sharpen, and you may not - what you will not get is the original.. how close you get depends on how much blur there is
Topaz have a fairly new tool called Sharpen AI. I Haven't tried it myself but it looks impressive. It might be overkill with the price unless it's something you'd use often though.
I was surprised when I saw this because Blurity is a small program. I only just now looked at the requirements:
Windows system requirements:
Windows XP or newer
4 GB of system RAM (8 GB recommended)
Processor made after 2004 (Intel strongly recommended)
500 MB available drive space
If your computer can't handle this, it definitely can't handle Xara.
For those who think deblurring can't be done, I suggest that you take a look at the Blurity site. It doesn't work in all cases, but it can do some magic.
good examples of 'how close you get depends on how much blur there is ' ;)
