Interesting shape this month, Larry, thanks. Here's a couple of scribble patterns.......
You did great Penny. I must admit I hadsecond thoughts sbout submitting a line with a profile. Still it is an interesting line. Thanks fou always submitting your awesome creations.
The scribble was converted to a shape, with a 3 colour fill added to try and get a snakeskin like texture, and another multicolour fill for the grass. 2 more scribbles for the tongue and another for the white highlight plus one clipped inside the snake to create depth. Some feathering added.
Bob.
That's great Bob. I love how you textured it.=D> I bet Rik loves it also ;)).
It makes an interesting brush.
Great job Egg. You guys are tops. No matter the line, you guys always amaze me. I do have an idea for this line so instead of thinking about it maybe I should do it. Now there's a novel thought. ;))
I didn't do last month's, because it made me think of something that already exists.
So, I didn't post it.
And now you post a snake.
Foolishly, I thought you were a friend?!
It's only a snake if you see it that way. Actually it is merely a line with a contour. rotflmao
EDIT: Don't make me get Mr. Whatshisname after you.
Hi
Took the scribble, rotated it a about 40 degrees, mirrored this then grouped the two shapes and finally extruded using the 3D tool. The resulting shape was used to build the spine and tail of the following image.

That's teriffic mhjgkane. Sort of a scorpian like skeleton. If it weren't for the guns it would give me the creeps. It could be worse though, like if it were a spider. Rik does that give you an idea?
My try
as my drawing skills are very limited had to use rotating and extruding(took my computer a while to do it)
this is the first imagine that has flashed into my mind

Max
I think that is super, Max. I knew something could be done with that line. Thanks for proving me right.
Germaine I think you did very well. The design is both complex, and interesting.
What, the original bearded lady Rick?Quote:
I was also thinking of doing something with hair on a female face
That's lovely work Maxcon62 :)
Love the colors in your first design germaine :)
Thanks to all ! :D
Max
Great works and ideas! =D>
I used the scribble for some cupcake icing decoration and added bumpy shaping for the misshapen cupcake.
Clever idea and use of tli line Maya. I love it. And here I was thinking this scribble line might not get many takers. Boy was I wrong, the members here come through wiith flyong colors, and alwas, always amaze me. So here is to all of you. =D> :star
Thanks, Larry, and for always giving us a fun start! :)
Thanks for the scribble! It’s fun seeing everyone’s creations.
I played with several variations of the pattern in the grey (20% black) and white background. Using either 20 or 30% black produced sheen and subtly differing looks to the pattern when viewed in a webpage compared to the other variations that appeared flat.
Julia
Very nice Julia. I like what you did.
oh...these are all awesome)) I want to play....haha next round I might if I get time
