Good Afternoon All,
I am trying to find a way to create some snow tipped Christmas Text as below, I don't have any special software and I cant seem to find anywhere on line.
Can anyone help.

If no software why not get a font or do you not have computer? Try here but instead of doing search for "tipped" use capped:http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/snowcap/
Hi, yes I do have a computer but it is restricted so software can not be downloaded.
I was hoping there was an online website that I could create and download from.

Here's a file you can download by clicking on the link in this post. It's a high resolution (300dpi) .png file with transparency, so will work on any background.
Made using Xara Designer Pro. Click on the thumbnail for a better view, and also download the attached .zip file.

Can you download just fonts (or can you have your IT department or whoever restricted it download a font). If so, SNOWTOP CAPS http://www.dafont.com/snowtop-caps.font or http://www.1001freefonts.com/snowtop_caps.font should work fine for you. Both of which say FREEQuote:
