Re: October Scribble 2016
A more conventional scribble. almost all of this one is created using the original scribble or the scribble with the straight line section removed.

Re: October Scribble 2016
Good going Egg! I found the line in both. Interesting that you find the scribble line in a photo like in 1 even though the line was completely made up

Re: October Scribble 2016
Thank you, Larry. Here's something from, I think, the 1940s or 50s- "Two Little Men in a flying Saucer......." There are 22 scribbles altogether.

Re: October Scribble 2016

You could start your own Candle Company, Larry. I've got a logo for sale?!

I like that Rik. It's a real beauty! I only see part of the scribble line though, could you please highlight or put an off color line showing where it is?

Sorry Rik, I have been lax in doing one myself most of the time lately. I seem to content myself coming up with a line and responding to others creations however I will rectify that situation. Probably won't be as good as what you guys are doing but I'll try.

This was not a call for you to come up with, or do something.
I was just having a bit of fun with Egg.
He'd said that he was impressed with what you came up with?
He actually meant to say that it was me.
So he'd said Larry instead of Rik.
How anyone can get us mixed up, is beyond me.
I mean. One is handsome, and the other one is...!

Oh bye the way Rik I was messing around with the scribble and and figured out how you used the line so disregard my last crack about not being able to find the line, brilliant solution.

Re: October Scribble 2016
Well, for anyone else who may be wondering where the scribble is?
The background hides the bottom part of the scribble.
You can see this, if I change the background colour.

Re: October Scribble 2016
If I take the scribble, turn it a little bit, duplicate it and flip it.
There's an ideal opportunity to make good use of that.

With the way how posts are on different pages, my explanation, is the post before the Scribble Birds.
So, please go to the previous page!

It's not an effect at all.
It's a font called 01-01-00
Not a very original name for a font. But, a great font, I'm sure you will agree.

Re: October Scribble 2016
like that a lot Rik.
We just got back from the reunion yesterday evening. Had a great time but it's nice to be home. I seem to be making friends with people I was not friends with in high school.

Re: October Scribble 2016
I started with the left side of a simple symbol I was created, but then flipped the joined path, and connected the two. From there, just and extrude, a little coping over to be abble to use a gradient fill, then a feather shadow. It took perhaps 2 minutes after I had a grasp of what I was building.

It's totally unintentional that the bird bears a resemblance to Marvels' Agents of SHIELD's logo.
My Best,

That's really cool, Gary.
Turning it into 3D, is a master-stroke. =D>

Well, thanks, but I've earned the dubious distinction of being Mr. 3D around here!
My Best (usually),
