Are these Xara templates created by Xara, or templates that can be used in Xara created by a third party?
If the templates being sold were designed by someone other than Xara then this should not be a problem.

People that create templates have a need to support their families. Giving away their work does not provide any income to buy food and clothing or a roof over their head.
"sharing" assumes an element of give and take, but most people on the Internet who talk about "share" mean "take"

The domain name registration is not private. It is available with a simple whois search.
