Hi Zone13 ... Welcome to TalkGraphics!
Some very nice work ... thanks for sharing. We would love to see more, find out where you are from, and share techniques in the various forums.

Thanks for the comments guys! oops.. better edit my profile for better info about me eh?http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif Anyway, I'm from Indonesia. Actually Xara is not really popular here. But I fell in love with it right away when I found it in 1999 (CorelXara - the 1st version) and use it since then. I keep introducing Xara in my local designers forum and I think now more Indonesian designers aware about this powerful software. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Zone13,
We don't have many active members (that I am aware of) from Indonesia ... and we are glad to have you. Tell your local designers forum about us ... we would be glad to have them as well.
I like the style (art nouveau) of your top design. It must have taken quite a while to complete.

Hi Zone13.
Welcome to the forums. Great Xara artwork. Please post more! I particularly like the style in the Vectrtika image. Thank you for sharing.

I definitely would do that Ed. Well, the artnouveau. Thanks to Xara_X, it was actually just copy, rotate, flip, scale and adjusting the line width.
Here's some more:

And here's the Firefox logo. There's AI, FH,etc format posted on Mozilla site but no .XAR, so I decided to make one. Source file here.

Egg, the style was actually to show to the designers in my local community that even rigid curve/straight lines can make a good artworks. One designer posted his vectorworks and lots of comments said the lines were to rigid and not smooth and so on. So, I made that one. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Top-notch skill and designs, Zone13. I am
truly impressed ! Thanks for sharing these.

Ah ya... perhaps you guys have time to visit the local community I mentioned: http://www.godote.com/forum/ The posts are mostly in Indonesian language tho, but I think the Showcase section is worth seeing, especially the vectorworks...
and yes, just post Talkgraphics & XaraXone there... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Believe me, they're top notch. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/cool.gif

He either deleted them off his server, or they are only visible when he is here in the forums...

Deeply apologize for the missing image guys... I'm just moving my data to another hosting company... but I guess the first 3 images is okay now. However, is there any way that I can edit my post since The last 2 images has a new URL now.
Anyway, here's another one, actually an old work (sorry for the size...) http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

A very stunning image. Sperm Mouses! The best way to post an image is to upload it to the Talkgraphics server. You can do this by selecting the paperclip icon in the Reply To dialogue window, rather than the URL icon. This ensures that even if you change ISP's or move images around in another server file, their always available on talkgraphics several years later.
In the post you want to edit, click on the folder + pencil rubber icon bottom right corner of the post.

hi zone,
cool image! Like egg said, just edit your posts and upload the image instead of linking the image.
-
Sperm mice http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/cool.gif OK ... we've gotta have a REAL name after all of this. First name will do, but "Zone" just isn't going to cut it.
