L&L Scribble October 2022
Hi, everyone.
This is the first scribble challenge without our friend, Larry.
'Wizard' as he was known on TalkGraphics.
It was felt that it would be a great tribute to Larry if we kept the scribble challenge going.
So, have a go and see what you can come up with.

I was rolling along nicely, then I saw a lady's bottom and couldn't get past that thought.

I thought I'd have a go as well.
I'm sure you'll find where the scribble was used!

Extremely good Butterflies.
I was about to have a drink. I'm pleased I saw the Butterflies, beforehand!!!
L&L ?
I wanted to make sure I honoured the memory of Larry. That's one 'L'
My wife, Lynn, is doing the scribbles. That's the other 'L'
Therefore... L&L Scribble.
:D

Penny, you get it right every time with such simplicity!
Here's mine, I'm calling him Larry. Everything but the head shape, eye & shadow contains the scribble.:

I was just doing a bit of drawing practice (the capsule top left) then wondered if I could incorporate the scribble line into it somehow! Hmm…

Re: L&L Scribble October 2022
LOL, yes, I was definitely in two minds whether to post it! Apologies, it does look a wee bit phallic. That was not the intention at all!

Can I say that it's...... unusual?!
Very inventive, but unusual.

Re: L&L Scribble October 2022
Haven't been here for ages.
Taking a look, saw this and thought to do something with it BUT . . .
all it suggests to me, at the moment, is either buttocks or breasts, either of which mods (from past experience) would deem inappropriate.
I'll ponder awhile and will be back . . .

Re: L&L Scribble October 2022
raymond where have you been - I make that 'ages' ten years going by by posting :D
-
Re: L&L Scribble October 2022
Hi Intbel, yes a long 10 years. Got me thinking of all those people who have been members over the years but even this one was 5 years since your last post.

Considerin' what was on my mind, didn't do so bad,
Don't seem to be able to respond to posts so to those who asked where I've been?
Nowhere much apart from a few trips to Belgium, a few trips to hospital, shopping trips, visiting friends, usual stuff.
As to graphics . . . achieved what I set out to achieve and when the li'l competitions and collabarations with a few others ceased (they left) kinda lost interest and looked into Flash movies.
Got a handle on that and the Adobe wiped it out. Bleh. So I went back to making animated gifs in Xara and incorporated those into ordinary videos. I was animated gifs which first got me into serious digital drawing. Began with Xara Webster (remember that?) solely for the animation facilty and upgraded from there when suddenly realised it to be a bona fide drawing programme.
So, today mostly my graphics are for fun, editing or animating images folks post online or for graphics for videos or websites.
Back here recently 'cos needed to use Xara 3D6 but had lost the s/n for it so d'loaded 3D7 trial. Used it for that job sometime ago. Needed to pay for it to be able to use it again today otherwise I'd probably not be here now.
Here's an example of how I use Xara in video:
Assume nothing! I make 'em for both sides ;-)

Anyway, that's my story, I'll pop in again when I think I have something worth posting or maybe, just for fun.
Best wishes to all,
Intbel.

peaches and cream.... ;)
this forum has lost the creative graphic focus it once had, it's now all websites and dtp
still some of us are still here, ironic that in my case my real art would have the powers that be in a woke knicker twist so you never see it [here]
still good to know you keep on truckin'
I remember your on the fly giffin' back in the day, great stuff :)
