I would like to make my page invisible
And I've not figured how at this point. Help appreciated. Thanks.
Re: I would like to make my page invisible
So that nobody else can see it?
Re: I would like to make my page invisible
Well at the base level you could delete it from your server, but I think you need further guidance here GG but you'll have to me more specific re your requirement ;)
Re: I would like to make my page invisible
No I just don't want the page background to not be visible. I want the copy and art on it to show. Thanks

Far too many negatives here making no sense. You have just asked for the page background, copy and art to all display.

Re: I would like to make my page invisible
I want the page itself to be transparent. I thought that was a possibility with Xara. I know you have to have a page, right?
Re: I would like to make my page invisible
RIGHT click on any blank area of the Page area, then choose Page Background > Reset.
Re: I would like to make my page invisible
What file type are you using? Because unless it is a JPG with some sort of background, then anything you put on the pastepaste board such as text or a Xara graphic with no background will NOT show a background unless you put one there.

GuG, I think you are asking how to make the Rectangle on the Page background transparent.
In the Page & Layer gallery, expand the Page background and also Unlock it.
Select the Rectangle and apply 100% Transparency.
Relock the Page background.
Do not just delete the Rectangle as you lose sense of where the page origin is.

Isn't that the same as resetting the page but with extra steps; or is there a difference?

A Reset of Pasteboard or Page background changes the Rectangles to No Fill.
A 100% Transparency retains your hard-fought-for colours or graduated Fills so you can restore each as required or alter the Transparency amount...
...if you have added an ID or ClassName, you can manipulate the backgrounds further.

Hide vs delete. I am no longer puzzled by your method :)
