Yes it is bound to it will just be a matter of save in the correct file type
i found this info on the net this software comes with the stika
Roland CutStudio software is a full-featured design software that also functions as plug-in software for Adobe Illustrator® 9/10/CS and CorelDRAW ® 10/11/12, allowing you to create original graphics using popular design packages. It will allow you to perform combined Printing and Cutting using a commercially available printer. In addition, CutStudio is the perfect companion for the GX-24’s unique optical registration system that automatically recognizes printer registration marks, allowing the graphic to be accurately contour cut. CutStudio is compatible with Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP.
The Roland Stika cutter/plotter uses vector graphics, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Xara, etc.... Bitmap images such as those that are produced with Photoshop are not compatible with this machine.
I have found this link which shows that Photoshop graphics can be used if saved as the correct file type.

Yes, the machine ships with Roland cutstudio software which can import bitmaps and jpg files so you can print the design on an inkjet printer then cut the outline on the plotter. The high priced printer/cutters can do it all.
Have a look.

Or the Stika? With a Stika you can make some nice stickers. Its a pretty cool machine. ;)
How can I turn off the test page on my HP inkjet printer? I have a few people who use my computer and they each have their own ink cartridges, but every time we change out the cartridges it prints another test page and is wasting our ink. Can we shut this off somehow?
