I think several of the Funny Face flavors were in bad taste, no pun intended, however, they were inclined toward personality disorders:
Goofy Grape-With Napoleon's hat, signifying this future raisin migh have delusions of grandeur.
Similarly, the Lime flavor's name is not offensive unless you're talking about a third person, or third fruit in a gossipy way.
Might be better to name it "Talkative Lime" rather then, "He doesn't know when to STFU Lime".

P.S. I'm super put-out that Pixar combined with a few decades has obscured the true look of the original Mr. Potato Head; I searched the web for quite a while for references.
The Playskool model lost the pipe (try taking Popeye's away), screwed up the eyes so Mr. looks like an emoji, and other "cutenesses" in line with Playskools's mission goal: to mess up products they acquired by reinterpreting things for the benefit of kids of which they totally fail understanding.
Remember the "Cootie Bug"? They renamed his tongue a "chin"?
Why? Oh why? :)

Indeed!
In this case, the the parent company bought part of Hasbro, a very popular brand in the US in the 1950s and 1960s.
To be snarky for just a moment, ostensibly Playskool makes toys from which children can learn.
Do they learn that stoodents go to "SKOOL" ?!
Not and graduate.

Here's an advance notice to Pixar: DON'T SCREW with my childhood toys.
That means Mr. Machine, Battleship, Twister, and Chutes and Ladders.
I mean it. Not kidding,
