Re: Drawings of some tools...
Hi Drifter,
I have been watching this thread in the background since it started and it is amazing how much progress you have made when you compare your buffalo drawing to the camera it is a big step forward. Well done Sir! The only comment I would make now is how about now trying to soften the hard corners and edges and then your drawing would really Zing. Thanks for sharing your drawings
Re: Drawings of some tools...
Thanks Albacore!
1. I don't remember drawing any buffalo. Maybe it was something else and you thought it was a buffalo. hahahahahahaha
2. I'm not sure what you mean by softening the edges - how is that done? and why?

Re: Drawings of some tools...
Now here's a tool I have whose function has changed somewhat. It USED to be used to cut my kids' hair.
NOW they have grown up so I use it to cut my own hair.
But not the hair on my head... that seems to just fall out and take care of itself. :( :)
I use it now to cut the hair where it is flourishing --- my nostrils and my ears.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Re: Drawings of some tools...
Yet another brilliant drawing from you :)
I admire your skills so much. Thanks for sharing the results.

Re: Drawings of some tools...
Just, a little off the top, please. Bangs, I mean bangs. Forehead is a little too high for a flat top.
Re: Drawings of some tools...
Excellent work on the hair trimmer, Bob!
Re: Drawings of some tools...
Thank you all.
I have just decided on the next tool... and this one will also be a guessing game as to what it's called and what it does. I think I'll start with just the case.........
time will tell.
Re: Drawings of some tools...
And Sally, I may have cut my kids' hair when they were small but I would NEVER CUT A WOMAN'S HAIR!!!!!!
What if I made a mistake?????????????????????
Anyway, if you look anything like your avatar, you don't need a haircut. Leave well enough alone.
Now Bill, on the other hand, I would feel comfortable using that trimmer on...:)
Re: Drawings of some tools...
Bob, it isn't obvious from my avatar but when that picture was taken my hair was pulled back into a ponytail. I could sit on the end of it if I wasn't careful. In October of 2004 I cut all of it off when my brother passed away. I have it cut twice a year since then, until I decide to allow it to grow again.
When my hair was long and my knees were not too damaged I would braid it put on my regalia, paint my face and dance at the local Pow Wow. I can't get down like I did before.
