dafipp,
Boy howdy. Those details are very time consuming. But looks like you're getting a GREAT start on them. Keep it up.

I want to see what Risto and Dmitry can do with this particular exercise! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
Thanks for the encouragement guys. I'll keep working on it...hopefully I'll get faster as I go. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Well,
Finally finished the '59 Corvette. Did it right on the color this time. I can change the color now just by changing the base color. Took me a while to figure it out, though.

WOW!!! That looks like a photo (only better). The level of detail is incredible!
I think I'll stick to what I do best in future... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
Still, it was a fun experiment.
Stunning! Great job Ron.

Thanks guys,
Do not be discouraged if you aren't satisfied with your early attempt. My first cars were very similar to your first cars. As you continue to do more, you'll start to see ways to improve on the drawings. Of course, having the motivation helps too. I'm not motivated at this time to try works like what you guys do, so I'm not skilled at what you do. I admire your talents. If you're not ready to really go after a particular project, I think, you should put it off until you feel the motivation. Just my opinion...
Here's the car with the top down...

Hey Ron,
I do not know which one I like better. The topless one or the one with a top...
I guess I will just have to use my grandpa's old saying... "Topless is best."
1937 Chord Convertible. Gonna start on the flower next. Probably take a break first...
