I wanted to try a ring like reflection map, and made the attached image from a cardboard seamless tile I had made.
The tile was applied to a long object in XXP, and saved to JPG.
The image was defined as an image stroke in E3, and applied to an ellipse (circle). The stroke width was adjusted until the fill closed the center. This was save to a JPG and opened in XXP. Made a square intersect to cut it square.

Seems like a lot of work, however, the finished map has a very nice distribution of colour.
An easy of doing things.

I noticied that coloring a group and a multiple selection is different. Coloring a group would be the same as coloring a single object, and a multiple selection is the same as coloring individual objects.

Very nice maps, thanks for the selection tip.
