Extruding dashed lines. Very interesting. Thanks for the idea guys. Not sure what I would ever do with them, but they look pretty neat.

OK, my last one. Stacking extruded shapes. This could get addictive.
I know the roof needs more work, but I did the bricks using extruded rings & Gary's method from the wishing well tutorial
OK, just one more. Extruded font with line set to dashed pattern.
Waterwheel effect using a blend
of lines around an ellipse.

Ahhhh, now would this be the watch for that famous watch strap you mentioned earlier. If so, a nice pair of hands may making the reading of time a bit easier, so it might..........frank
Frank, you may have noticed at least 25 "paddles" around the ellipse,
so the watch may not function too well - with or without hands.
Looks like it might be a bit cumbersome to wear on the wrist too. :D

I believe that this is an image that people use to try to make with the mould tool without much success. It's really easy to create now with the new extrude tool.
A lot of folks here reckon that the extrude tool in XX4 is a bit addictive.
I have to agree. I've been doodling with the extrude tool and produced
some "extroodles" you might like to see.
