I'll send a link from your post to McGraw-Hill's Editorial Board, Bill. :)
Shipping appears to be the problem. Amazon.UK didn't get the books until late last week, Kate Moir told me, and because it's an "unknown title" (I thought everyone knows Xara Xtreme!), Amazon went conservative on the number of units they initially accepted.
Which was stunningly shortsighted: the book sold out in the U.S. Amazon warehouses the first day.
Sorry, Neo!
My Best,
Gare
That's ok Gary, I'll put it in a Christmas stocking and tell myself Father Christmas brought it  Glad the book's doing well :D
Sorry, Tellurian.
It took almost 13 years to get someone to publish it to paper.
We don't foresee PDF or a Safaribooksonline digital format.
My Best,
Gare
What about using the free Kindle PC reader software?

Haven't bought the book yet, although I undoubtedly will. However, I was a little concerned to see this on the Amazon page!
Perhaps after reading that other Great American Novelist, folks just want to read some non-fiction?
:)
I think there may also be some fiction involved with the "Often bought together" lists. :D
