Mikey, loved the animation! Where will it lead to? Where will it end?
Aha! There is no ending!

tbh i'm going to swipe that idea :D but go with a deeper blue to match the blue for all the stuff on my phone (i make a lot of my own icons and hack >:) my most used apps to use the same blue color)
really nice image.
I'm glad you like it, Mikey.
Use it where ever you want.
And, as this is an Infinity thread, how about a logo for it?!

I like it, Rik. Give it ten minutes more thought and I'll LOVE it! :)
I love the fact that you chose a font appropriate to your design.
I love the graphical idea that this is a thread, so the infinity symbol is designed from threads.
I'm working on an animation right now, of a slow zoom into a 3D fractal. Fractals in the 3D domain exhibit about the same stuff as in 2D; they have never-ending self similarity, so it's sort of like a ride down an organic hall of mirrors:

My processor is getting kidney stones trying to write the fractal stills!

Nice work Rik, did you use two O's from the paper text tut. to make your image.

The process is exactly the same. In as much as, you need more than one piece to get the effect.
Conical fill applied to both parts, and the fills turned to meet, so that you can't see the join!

Thanks, Gary.
And take as long as you like. As long as you end up liking it!
Just one more play with the logo.

Very beautiful ones, both the 'flat' and 3D version

I was thinking that in the concept of Infinity, Eternity, Religion, there might also be the possibility of other dimensions around us and all totally un-aware of each other, probaly walk through each other and have no idea the other was there, if it is true, there could be millions of me and you exsisting and leading toally different lifes from the one you have in this dimension, they might even have already the long awaited XaraPro10 :D The only image I could think up if there is other dimensions is this one.

Stygg, the thought you put behind your graphic is terrific, mind-bowingly so. I love the idea that we, people, you know...might be passing through othert, perhaps populated realms, without being aware of the entire profoundness of this passage.
Everyone go out and rent InterStellar. the sequel for Christopher Nolan, to Inception :)!

g'morning, Rik. I don't think every drawing looks necessarily better if one extrudes it.
I liked the awe (yes, awe) and simplicity goingh on with your original design better than what you did in #41.
Can you post it and let me do a variation on it?
TIA,
Gary
