The way you made the display 'glass' is brilliant, the conical fill is so cool and the use of the glow tool is great.

Well, I had to have a go at it, sadly it's probably the best thing I've ever done... :D
The credit would have to go to Gary and his tutorial and not any talent that I have...
Maybe is a beginning of drawing at a new level. :)
A lot of people have had trouble with the round button in the center of the dial. It should appear to come forward.
Just because I can't find the 2009 March XaraXone tutorial post, I'll post my effort here.
Thanks Gary, I was able to work on my Xara skills a bit at work today....really I was just baby sitting a vendor so I took my laptop with me and played with this last year's tutorial.
As in the second last poster, it's not my skill but rather Gary's tutorial explanation that's helped me put this together in a humble way.
Thanks again Gary,
Best not to go off-topic.

Nope, neither of these Steve, same problem me finding it too.
Actually this isn't really off topic as these are all related to doing tutorials.....albeit different ones....and Gary deserves his due for the work he's put in for his tuts.
This would be it then:

To be fair to Gary (who deserves all the kudos he get's I agree), this thread is really about the MP3 player tutorial - so yeh it is OT.
Why Steve,
Can't you tell a Win7 MP3 player when you see one?....:D:D
Doh :o
How's this then?
