the Ikea website (for the US and Canada). Can you paste the link or list the model #?
Thanks, John
P.S. Ikea has a store in Seattle (3 hours drive). I may have to go up there after Xmas and check the showroom out ... I've heard from a couple people it is supposed to be pretty slick.

Richard - Thanks! I recently read all the stuff at your website. Your life story should be made into a movie! (Who would you like to play you?). Very inspiring that, through it all, you remain a very nice fellow.

John - I looked at the USA site but couldn't find them. On the Canadian site I found them here. That $20 price is in Canadian dollars. It is about $1.20 in US dollars. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif It notes the need to use 5 fixtures per cable system. We found that number far too busy for ceiling and have only three installed -- we have two 18' systems for a total of six fixtures covering living/dining. I assume we'll sacrifice bulb life by not having the recommended connected load. We have the pair of systems installed with two-way switching. One of the switches is an appropriate slide dimmer.
I suspect if you called Ikea they can supply you with the same ones.

There's a fun idea, Ross, the TG group on vacation in exotic lands...all aboard! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif Bring your cameras and laptops and sketchpads, most comfortable attire and thirst for adventure! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/eek.gif (depending on locale maybe the bug spray too haha)...or you can journey with the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and that most useful item---a towel! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Vacations are good for the soul. New places, new people, new vistas....ahhhh, it's marvelous!
