Re: Happy Birthday gwpriester - Moderator Person
My oh my! There's always something happening at TG! A brief glance at the forum and there it was, a thread for your birthday! Am I ever glad I didn't miss it!
Gary, thanks, for all the wonderful tutorials and help that you so freely pass on to all those in need! It was your tutorials that turned me on to Xara X, Xtreme, Xara3D, etc.--the whole Xara family! I dutifully downloaded them all using my dialup modem--took forever. I studied them and did them and got lost in them and did'm again. Your work and patient instruction gave me the basis for what I know today about Xtreme. Thanks a million! I continually use them for reference and to help me out whenever I get stuck. And if it's not in the tutorials, workbooks or a TG thread you're always ready to personally send your advice and counsel. Thanks!
I have just one dumb question to ask if I may on this day of all days that honors your birthday. What, on God's green earth is "The Trompe L'œil Room"? I never could figure that one out

Happy birthday, Gary! Here's wishing you a night of delightful debauchery, no matter what your definition of such a thing may be.
And when you're done with that, Get back to work!

Ok, never mind then...
Have a ripper of a day mate... (I thought it involved Ripper = Jack, kind of fun).
Crack a tube... (Involving bone marrow...)
Chuck a snag on the Barbie... (Won't even translate my thoughts on that one, but it involved a skinny blonde enhanced with plastics).
Ok, not really ;) ... Still a great party though!
HB again, GW! We all love you.
