'cos back in the day it was a quick way of checking how the image scaled, what size it took, download speed, etc. Even longer back, Image Map & usemap were a way of getting precise hover areas. A time when web was less integrated.

Thanks for the idea
I wrote my script in AutoIt and now the image export preview opens in my default browser.
Preview in Internet Explorer... in 2023...
