Glad you finally got it working properly(I hope).
Absolutely annoying, and dissapointing with Xara Support.
This %&$# thing doesn´t work, I have exactly the same problem and the tickets are only wasted time.
As customer, since I paid my MONEY I have right to install, use and work with your program, there´s not matter if you have technical issues with your dev team and the software doesn´t work properly in Windows, don´t say the problem is my PC, firewall, antivirus and another things... Do not try to explain the inexplicable and evade your own responsibility with your clients and learn from other companies whose programs are installed without any kind of problem.
I´m still waiting your support, a real and valuable support or my money back without loss.
