John, post #34 is the Walt Disney signature font, Waltography,
the first one I've got in a while. How do I know this, see below,
you beat me to it.
Keith, I'm sure you are right about Nasa, and your post # 37,
is it Lost In Space?
Saludos,
Bob

10 is Rocky Horror, but 9 ain't Nasa ... unless I'm gettin' me letterin' mixed up :p
***EDIT*** WHOA! It is 'Nasal' font ... well done! Thought it was something else :o
Is #36 Porsche??
Think Bob has got the Frances/Keith one :) I went to bed puzzling over that one so I hope it is right!!
C'mon people ... #2 ... go with the flow :D
Keith: you can answer #30 y'know - it's all in the game :)
Frances, I don't think they are quite the same, but they may be near enough - I tried duplicating your text with it, in both uppercase and lowercase, and there are some differences. May both be listed for the same thing though.
#37 is NOT "Lost in Space" or at least not that I know of .... It was definitely intended to be something else. As a clue ----- All the letters are in there, It's not an anagram, but I deliberately made sure that the name can be made out (and it's TV ... OLD TV). Frances, that should definitely confirm whether the font is the same!
John, yes, #36 is Porsche - Font is called 911 Porscha
WARNING ***** SPOILER *****
Ok John, #30 is Murder She Wrote.
EDIT: No, definitely not "Lost in Space"
Research counts too :D
Keith, I owe my skills as a cryptic crossword solver for this answer:
"Land Of The Giants"?
To recap, assuming I'm right with Land Of The Giants,
EDIT: (Which I wasn't).
the only unsolved ones at the moment are those shown below,
and my latest addition in the post which will follow this one
Saludos,
Bob.
Newest addition.
Saludos,
Bob.
Sorry, Not "Land of the Giants" but a good guess based on the clues.
Land of the Giants font can be seen here
Keith, I know an anagram isn't the answer to your "Living Off The Lands" post, but did you know an anagram of it is
" Valid Font Fleshing", which is what is being done in this challenge, especially with the extrusion tool.:)
Saludos,
Bob.
#47 Pepsi
As a spin-off from the original challenge, I borrowed this idea from Keith.
I made an anagram of the tv series, and gave it the appropriate font
(Will Robinson).
Saludos,
Bob.
Pepsi it is, Keith.
Here's another.
Saludos,
Bob.
I like the "Lost in Space" - "Special Snot" That was quite creative.
There's me trying to raise the tone with Blake and Liz Browning and Elliott! :D
Is it Bewitched?
Ok ... Here's a really easy one!
"Gorgonzola" .... Playboy - Just a guess you understand .........
#55 - Barbie? Just a guess you understand ... oh sorry, that excuse has been used :D
No sorry not Barbie (Refer to post #51)
Changed my mind - Gorgonzola = Yahoo
Bewitched is correct
Gorgonzola = Yahoo, correct
wears soup tin = Austin Powers
Saludos,
Bob.
RE:#2
You must have seen this font on loads of albums, posters, ads ... well, I have, but I'm a fan of __________ ;)
Go with the flow!
Not an anagram ;)
Power to the people!
#65 = Ac/dc (Won't let me use all caps - Bizarre)
ALL CAPS ... CAPS LOCK ... just showing off :D
Ok - Showoff ........ try and type AC/DC in all caps then. Just as the previous post.
#65 = AC/DC
Oh, yeah .... That's right make me a liar.
I think I should take an axe to its data banks and give it a re-programming it'll never forget ..........
AC/DC ... oh, you've got it :D
Frances and I have talked on PM ..... In posts #14 and #37, Although both fonts are slightly different, they are both referenced for the same TV programme.
Gilligan's Island ? Woteva that may be :p
Right - Gilligan's Island ........ What do you mean, "Woteva that may be". Don't tell me you've never heard of Gilligan's Island?
errr... yes ..... watched it..... er no
Ditto Steve's answer :D
Dont believe that John .... It was on between 1964 and 1967. You'd have been watching TV then, and there were only 2 maybe 3 channels to choose from. You just don't remember.
Possibly - but my folks may have been watching something else :) I remember they let me watch TW3 and stuff like that, but unless it was on at a time that I 'controlled' there may well have been a clash. And by the time GI was demoted to afternoon re-re-re-runs I was out as much as possible probably. Or reading Kant. Can't remember :p
Enough procrastination. #2 is worrying me. Does she exist? Is she a figment of my - admittedly - warped imagination? :D
this is fun.
Larry
...
Is it Porsche??
Nope. About right on the Ironymeter level though.
