Re: Inserting a basic audio player and file to site
Thanks Masque, I have thought about going with a multiple player. What I'm doing is for an audiobook site, and on each author page I need to have audio samples from their book. The most samples per page is three, so I can get by with three small players lined up with a short description for each sample. I haven't tried a multiple player yet, I'm trying to figure out how to get a simple single player inserted on a consistent basis. I know it's not hard, I'm just not seeing how to locate addresses correctly so I can copy/paste them into Xara. All advice is very welcome, as I am not doing webdesign as a career, just for myself (as a videogragher) and some other friends as a favor. I like the software, designing is easy, I just got lost after I could no longer use the Magix audio players.
Thanks again, I appreciate it.

If its a single track all I do is just drag an MP3 file to the page.
I think that only works in V8, I've not checked though.

The url part needs to be http://your-domain-name.com/path-to-file/if-any/file-name.mp3

Actually v8 can import mp3 , but it is not listed.
