Y'elcome. And thank you!
I really like the rendering and interpretation in your drawing of 'Mechanical Life'.
I'll be checking your new website frequently,

Hi All.
When I try to open any .xar file from the graphicrecipes web site, I get an error message.
Please see the picture attached.
I am using Xtreme Pro 5 and I have tried two different OS.
Windows XP Pro and Windows 7.
Same result.
Any ideas please?
I will reupload all the .xar files as .zip files I dont know why xara xtreme show the error, i can download the .xar files and i can see it without any problem
Greetings Rik. Are you saving the XAR files to your local hard drive first or just trying to open them straight from Graphics Recipes? I've opened several of the files after downloading and saving them to my local hard drive without any errors. I'm using XXP5 on my computer running WinXP Pro, not that it should make any difference.
???,
Harry
Hi Harry.
I have tried both methods.
I normally try a few things before posting!!!
I get the same result, no matter what I try.
VERY frustrating.
I am dead keen to see what Jose has done.
Rik, can you give me a specific file you're having trouble opening? I just picked a couple of files at random to open, but I'd like to make sure I'm trying at least one of the files that you're attempting to open.
Hi Harry.
The first one I tried was the Chalkboard.
But I get the same error with any that I try.
And I have tried two different PCs and two different OSs.
Jose reckons that it might be IE?
That's strange because I have never ever had that with any .xar file that many attach on this wonderful site.
