Ok.
Thanks to you I've read these 2 topics :

http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...=Magix+Extreme
I've read the pages of Xara and Magix too, and I came at the same feeling than another member, that says :
I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that Xara intend in future that the non-pro versions of Xara be under the Magix brand, and the pro versions have the Xara brand. The non-pro Magix versions will offer upgrades to the pro versions. I think version 3.2 of Xara is the last time there will be a pro and non-pro version available under the Xara name (I might be wrong though). Come the next version, which I presume will be version 4 or so, the non-pro may probably be via Magix, and pro via Xara name.
I feel the same.
It seems to be the Xtreme 4 version on Magix Xtreme Photo & Graphic Designer v2. But not the Pro version as they never speak, on Magix pages, about :
- separating colors
- Pantone
- The Panorama Studio
- XPS export
- Importing HD Photos
-> So It must be the Xara Xtreme 4 there
Magix should be more clear about this information...
Anyway, Xara remain the best of the best
Yes. Twice. Registered copies for both office and home and both got the notice. That's what brought me to the forum today!Quote:
BTW, have any other non-French speaking Xarans around here gotten the French ad for 3D Maker and Photo & Graphics Designer?
I believe that Magix have a translated professional version of Xara xtreme with their own brand.
I suppose that only French, Spanish and German versions are available.
Just follow the link for French Version:

Nice to have you here, Stephane.:)
I do remember that Xara was going to market a simpler version of Xtreme for the mass market (and not design professionals and high end users) under the Magix brand.
I also got the French email, and I do not know French. I was able to figure out the general meaning of it because I speak English and Spanish, but I was puzzled as to why I got it, as I live in the USA, and it looked to me like it was available in Europe.

Alan
